Promise
All products are visually inspected before they are packaged and shipped out.
Regardless of the reason, you can apply for a return or exchange within 15 days of signing for the goods upon receipt. Except for defective items, you should return the product to us in its original condition, with any original product packaging, accessories and instructions.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
- If your order arrives damaged/faulty in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- We are unable to accommodate returns/refunds for discounted & after-service items.
- If a refund request is approved, the total refund amount will not include postage, import duties, tax, etc. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for non-quality related returns.
- A 10% of the item price as restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs of processing and handling the returned item(s). An additional $5 repackaging fee per item will be charged for returned items without its original packaging.
- We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, or misuse.
- Refunds will commence within 7 business days after returned items have been sent back to our warehouse and inspected. Where possible, funds will be processed back in the same way they were paid.
- If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before shipment is made. Terms in this policy will apply for any changes or cancellations after shipment.
- If any part of this policy contradicts with local regulations, the latter should prevail.

- Defective items
- Lost Items
- Shipped Wrong Items
- Out-of-Stock Items
- Cancelled Order
- Under below cases, you will get partial refund
Bought Wrong Items
- Any item more than two weeks after delivery date
- Items that were purchased when they were on clearance sale
Under below cases, you will get $0 refund. But new replacement is ok if you are willing to pay the reshipping fee
- Wrong Address
- Undeliverable Address
- Can not find consignee
- Consignee request pick up the parcel by himself/herself, but did not done it in time.
How To Return the Parcel to us?
If you need to return the products back to us, please contact us first. our email is service@metalartkits.com
If the return is due to a product defect or a mistake in processing by us, we will either send a prepaid shipping label, or issue a refund to cover reasonable costs of shipping back to us once the costs are incurred. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items.
It takes about a month to receive the parcel returned oversea. Our team will refund you after we check the parcel within 2 working days and contact you via email. (service@metalartkits.com)

After confirmed, you can get a new replacement or refund within 1-3 working days.
